Passu has received a $150,000 investment from Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA) and joined its Winter 2026 cohort in New York City. The investment supports Passu’s work building AI research infrastructure for institutional corporate credit teams.

An AI research platform built for institutional credit

Credit analysts must move quickly across SEC filings, earnings transcripts, and corporate events without losing the evidence behind an investment view. Passu brings that work into source-linked workflows. Its AI agents extract financial metrics, analyze new developments, and connect conclusions to supporting source material so analysts can spend more time testing assumptions and exercising judgment.

What the investment supports

Passu will use the ERA program to deepen its core research workflows, improve the platform with feedback from institutional fixed-income teams, and expand customer deployments. The focus is practical: help analysts move from new information to a decision-ready credit view with less manual research and clearer evidence.

Why Passu joined ERA

ERA’s four-month program combines capital, hands-on operating support, and access to a network of founders, investors, mentors, and industry experts. For Passu, that support provides another way to build faster while remaining focused on the security, accuracy, and workflow requirements of institutional credit research.
