This Privacy Policy explains how Passu, Inc. (“Passu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with our public website and related business inquiries, early-access requests, and subscriptions. It also describes the choices and rights that may be available to you.

Scope

This policy covers visitors to our public website and people who contact us through it. It does not replace the agreements and privacy terms that govern customer use of the Passu platform. When we process information on behalf of a customer, the customer’s agreement and instructions govern that processing. Third-party websites linked from our website have their own privacy policies.

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, business email address, company, role, and the contents of your inquiry. This may occur when you request early access or a demonstration, join a waitlist, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us. We also retain correspondence needed to respond to and manage those interactions.

Please do not submit confidential investment materials, material nonpublic information, account credentials, or sensitive personal information through public website forms. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond to a request without the details needed to handle it.

Website and technical information

Our hosting and service providers may process technical information when you visit the website, including IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral information, approximate location, and access times. This information supports delivery of the website, security, troubleshooting, and an understanding of how the website is used.

The website is hosted using Framer. Framer’s built-in analytics provide website-usage measurements without analytics cookies. Cookies or similar technologies may still be used where needed for website functionality, security, or a third-party feature you choose to use. Any additional technologies requiring consent will be subject to the choices or notices required by applicable law. Browser settings can limit cookies, although doing so may affect some functionality.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries; manage waitlists, early access, and demo requests; send updates you request; maintain business relationships; operate and improve the website; diagnose technical problems; protect against spam, fraud, and misuse; and comply with legal obligations or establish and defend legal rights.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to business inquiries, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where required. When we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

When we disclose information

We disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and manage communications, such as hosting, security, form-processing, email, and business-contact management providers, as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Passu and others.

Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law. We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent. Publicly sharing information through another service is subject to that service’s own practices.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on the nature of the information, the status of our relationship with you, your requests and preferences, and applicable legal, accounting, security, or recordkeeping requirements. We may retain limited records of an opt-out so that we can continue to honor it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message, or contact us to update your communication preferences. We may still send nonmarketing messages needed to respond to your requests or address legal or security matters.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to or a copy of your personal information; correction; deletion; restriction of processing; portability; or an objection to certain processing. You may also have a right to withdraw consent, appeal a decision about a request, or complain to the privacy regulator responsible for your location. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions and limitations.

To make a privacy request, email andreas@passu.ai and identify it as a privacy request. You do not need a work email address or a company affiliation. We may need information to verify your identity and understand the request. Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may act on your behalf, subject to verification of their authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Browser privacy signals

Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across services. Our website does not change its basic operation in response to those signals. Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal, we will honor it for the processing to which that requirement applies. You can also contact us about applicable opt-out rights.

International processing

Passu operates in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, transfers are subject to safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

Security and children

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. This website is intended for business professionals, not children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.

For privacy questions or requests, email andreas@passu.ai. Please include enough information for us to understand and respond to your request, without sending sensitive information that is not necessary.
