This past quarter, Passu brought private filer documents into your research, turned repeatable analysis into custom workflows, and delivered research and alerts straight to your inbox. We’ve also expanded BDC marks and overlap analysis, making it easier to compare valuations and understand shared exposures across funds.
Private Filer Integration
Passu now integrates with FIS SyndTrak, a global leader in data room intelligence. Materials from your selected deals flow into your research workspace automatically, so you can analyze private borrowers alongside public peers without repeatedly checking deal portals or downloading files. The underlying documents remain one click away.
Custom Workflows
Workflows gives you a personal desk analyst for repeatable research. Choose from a library of pre-designed workflows or easily create your own: select the companies or sector to cover, describe the analysis you want, and provide your preferred prompt or an example of your output. Run it on demand, on a schedule, or when new earnings or transactions arrive. From earnings updates to first-pass M&A analysis, Passu gathers the relevant materials and delivers cited research in your format.
Emails
You can now work with Passu straight from your inbox. Passu now delivers research and alerts via email - whether it’s custom research from your AI agent, daily digest across your sectors, or alerts for credit-material 8-Ks. Reply to any report to ask follow-up questions, request further analysis, or provide feedback to refine future output - all without leaving your email.
BDC Marks and Overlap
See which BDCs hold the same borrower or loan, compare their reported marks, and track how valuations change across quarters. Drill into individual facilities and seniority levels to investigate differences across holders, or compare fund portfolios to identify shared exposures and concentrations. Source-backed holdings data lets you trace the analysis to the underlying filings.

Broader news coverage, with more focus on what matters to credit - follow actual earnings results, guidance changes, and other meaningful developments across your coverage. Passu now captures more issuer announcements from press-release services and syndicators, evaluating each for credit materiality.
